Return policy
We hope you’re happy with your “Lil Ledy” purchase! If you have purchased your product from our official website http://www.lilledy.com within the past 14 days, please see our return/exchange policy below. Please take into consideration that if your products were purchased at a different retail location, you should refer to their return/refund policy.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
“Items must be returned undamaged and unused, with all items inside and the original packaging included. Figurines and charms must be returned with the original branded boxes and pouches, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.”
Please return your purchases in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. We will not refund or exchange Products marked as “sale”, “made to order” or are “pre-ordered”
Also, please include a note that clearly states your personal information and request. Pack the products carefully in their original box and a secure outer wrapper and send them back clearly addressed to:

In order to ensure a timely and secure return, we suggest you use our own shipping service DHL. If the item is defective, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order, we will be able to offer a full refund for your products or an exchange and reimburse your postage costs if applicable.
